Whatcom Civil Rights Project

Working through a network of local volunteers and attorneys, the Whatcom Civil Rights Project (WCRP) fights to break down the barriers that divide people into "us" and "them."

Founded in 2001 on the initiative of attorney Breean Beggs, WCRP is a joint endeavor of LAW Advocates and the Whatcom Peace & Justice Center.
